Just over a month ago I was fortunate to shoot this lovely couple's engagement shoot (see their engagement shoot on a previous blog) and now I am even more blessed to be a part of their nuptials. Plans for the wedding came even before our engagement shoot and with only a few weeks to finish planning, the day went on without a hitch! Lianelle was such a beautiful bride and Almilkal was quite dapper himself.
The weather was absolutely perfect! The sea breeze rolled through the windows of their room at the Carambola Beach Resort where the bride, along with her mother and maid of honor were getting dressed.
I have always loved how a bride glows while staring into the mirror for the first time as she is getting her last minute touches done. Truly flawless indeed!
Mother of the bride, Jo-Hanne was delicately fixing the veil of her only daughter. An absolutely a beautiful mother-daughter moment. Memories that last a lifetime!
Lianelle was exceptionally gorgeous with her long wavy tresses delicately falling down her back. Her make-up very simple and elegant as her dress made a statement with its flowy, almost goddess-like figure.
One of the most special moments of a wedding is watching the father of the bride (in this case, parents of the bride) walk her down the aisle.
That thrilling moment when the groom is about to be introduced to his glowing bride!
The fascinating thing about this wedding is not only did the father walk the bride down the aisle; he is also an ordained minister and had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to recite and perform the wedding nuptials to his only daughter. Can we say Ahh-mazing!!
Just as the ceremony was finalized, we came outside and were greeted by the lovely Paradise sunset as it blessed both bride and groom as if to seal the already amazing afternoon! Natural light is priceless!
